        I visited here the other day and met a new friend! Joel was the loveliest and had the best customer service skills. This will now be my new regular bakery!!! The other girl was friendly enough but Joel created a bubbly atmosphere, will definitely be back.

        Staff using personal mobile phones at POS machine, then straight away handling breads for customers. I question hygiene practices here. If using personal phones, ideally hands are washed after use, or at minimum gloves changed to handle breads.

        Terrible customer. Service I was waiting in front of the counter for 8min. One of the ladies was on the phone for the interior time and the other lady was serving other customers Who have been behind me in the queue. (I was ignored for the entire time. I think that the ladys need training.
