The counter staff at st heliers are brilliant, their attention to customers is fantastic. They are the best of any branch of any bank. The 1 star is for the manager of this branch , who has since moved on, and in particular for the new personal banker who replaced Helene. She has no idea about customers or what a personal banker means. She told me one day that she is too busy to deal with something until Monday and on Monday she told me that she would be too busy till the next day or so. This referred to a large term deposit, which one does not leave sitting around fora week. My accounts were muddled, I was incorrectly set up for online banking, .when I asked a question of the personal banker, she didnt bother answering and eventually gave an evasive answer. The internet banking then became faulty, and then disappeared altogether. This branch was fantastic for the past 10-12 years until this manager and this personal manager combination took over. Term deposits are no longer with this bank. ANZ management - take note. something is very wrong with the way matters are dealt with in St heliers branch

Why the bank has not up dated its web site for opening hours has me confused.

Michelle & Sophie from ANZ Johnsonville, are my favourite bank tellers. They have always provided top notch service with a friendly chat & smile! A real credit to ANZ! Many thanks :-)
