        So disappointed today, had a small window to get a treatment being a mum of two small children. When I arrived for my appointment on time was asked to take a seat, half an hour later, still no-one to carry out the appointment, the only acknowledgement was to check what I was getting done, and 'was I sure?' yes, Im sure I know what I have booked in for. 45 minutes later, I had to leave to get home, an apology would have been nice, or ask if id like to re-book? This is the first time I've written a review ever, felt so let down by the lack of empathy or understanding-sometimes a mum just needs some pampering

        I went here for Brazilian wax and had a great experience! The waxing room was really clean and the time I went wasn't crowded so I could get it very soon. Georgia was really kind and professional. Recommend to everyone who looking for quick brazilian waxing in Auckland
