        I have been taking my quality linens here for years but no more! The last two times, my sheets have come back damaged or worse. Burn marks with the outline of an iron on my sheets! There is no remedy for this. I have stains pressed into a duvet cover that had no stains when handed over! Horrendously poor from a company that charges so much. Service: General bedding cleaning

        I had quite a large stain on a white bedspread. Regal text me to say there would be a delay with collecting the item as they were still working on the large stain. The fact I got a text from them re delay was much appreciated and the bedspread has been beautifully cleaned. Many thanks.
