Fitness Results with Lisa Mahone is a great fitness group in The Bays. Lisa runs Les Mills classes at a range of times Monday to Saturday, in the local hall, and outdoors currently under L3. There is a range of class types - Total Body (aerobic), BodyPump (strength/weights - Lisa provides the weights you need), Yogalates etc. I prefer being in this group and exercising with others, who become friends, to going to a regular gym. And Lisa is seriously multi-talented at her craft. Highly recommend

Attending Fitness Results in St Heliers is not only great for your health and well-being, its a fun experience. Lisa provides a variety of exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness in a friendly and welcoming environment. Age is no barrier. Its a great place to get fit, make new friends and most of all have fun. And the music is pretty good too.
