    Doctors are lovely and I have always had a good experience with mine (Grace Wong) but the reception staff and nurses need to work on the way they speak to and treat the patients. I often find myself dreading having to make a phone call or deal with them before I go in to see my doctor. For the price you pay you would expect a better experience and service. Have only stayed on with them due to the kindness of my doctor.

    Great doctors, been going here since I could remember. Like others have said, throughout the years Ive been coming, some or one receptionist can be dismissive, rude and have an attitude. It's really not that hard to say things nicely and be kind. If it weren't for that, a full 5 stars.

    As some of the others have said that the receptionist is not nice. The manager is also not nice. We went to a Eastmed Doctors a few months ago and the receptionist was very disrespectful behavior to us and felt uncomfortable. We were shocked to find out that veteran receptionist was very disrespectful behavior to us, but very friendly to the Caucasian who came after us. Also, there was an incident that seemed to be harassment when we paid. At that time, I didn't say anything and just put up with it and went home. I thought it was just because we are an immigrant.(Asian) But it didn't stop there. Later, the receptionist manager called me and threatened me in an intimidating manner. It was really rude and strong words, even though it was the receptionist who made the mistake. The above two things made me feel very uncomfortable and at the same time I thought that I was being discriminated (racist) or harassed. I told the manager about it, and it was sent to the Clinics complaint department. However, the response from the complaints department was also one-sided and not very polite, to be honest. I hadn't heard from them in 6 or 7 weeks even after I replied to them, and then suddenly they sent me an email saying they had done enough and that they want to close the complaint. Then again, this time over a month no replied. #( The complaints department at the clinic is a remote worker from Australia who doesn't see the receptionist on site.)# We don't think they take this issue seriously, they just feel like we are waiting for us to forget and be quiet. We do not want to forgive unless there is a sincere and formal apology.
