Seaside Freedom - PSYCH-K & Energy Psychology

We attended a couple's therapy for six weeks with these practitioners and I totally recommend them. They saved our marriage and support our growth back to honeymoon stage; I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, a bunch!

Seaside Freedom is a family friendly warm and safe place for any person to heal. Our family was feeling flat after Covid-19 so we went to check out what they could do to help us feel better. Bubbly, excited, motivated and happy is how we felt after our session with Rebekah and Roberto. As someone who has struggled with chronic anxiety, depression and PTSD all my life I cannot express how effective this form of treatment is. Rebekah is true professional full of warmth and love that radiates through every cell in your body the minute you set foot in the door. I enjoyed the educational aspect of how kinetic energy flows in our bodies and then to see it in action and feel so much better as a result is absolute poetry in motion. My 11 Year old was welcomed in and enjoyed the relaxing safe and calm environment. She learnt skills that will set her up for life and left feeling so inspired. For our family the benefits have been lasting and we cant wait to go back again to this family friendly environment. I learnt that a lifetime of negative thoughts/feelings can be powerfully shifted in a short space of time compared to other forms of therapy. I would not go anywhere else in order to heal and even just feel better than I do now. Highly Reccomended

i have had three amazing sessions with Rebekah, she is the most beautiful soul and so comforting. my results from psych k have been instant shifts and the results have lasted. One session was enough to completly rid me of my needle phobia for a dental proceedure i needed. I truely cant recomend her enough. Even iof you are in a good place in your life this will elevate you to the next level.
