Nice looking boutique... lovely product. Yet worst customer service. Came this morning with my wide and daughter while shopping at Farro next door. We purchased a nice looking dress for my 2-yo daughter: my wife picked it and I paid. As soon as we were out of the shop I told my wife $45 was a bit expensive for such a dress (30% more expensive than nature baby for instance where we can find the same products). She agreed and said she must have misread the price. We went back (litterally 3 min after buying it) and requested a refund as it was a mistake. The shop said they cannot provide refund. My wife understood the rule but in this occasion it was clearly an honest mistake so she requested to talk to the shop manager for them to understand our request and maybe make an exception... Manager refused to provide a refund and offered a credit. We ended up quite frustrated as there is not much un the shop. It has been a while I have not met such lack of understanding of the customer... I think it is the first time in New Zealand. I would recommend plenty of other nice shops where customer is cared for and not seen as a potential $$.
