        46 years ago on our early dates, we used to get a Quattro Stagioni from Mama Rosa to share on the foreshore at Mission Bay. Travelling back to Auckland we were delighted to find Mama Rosa again, now in Kohimarama. This was a big romantic nostalgia trip and the pizza was just as good as we remembered. Its also lovely that the restaurant is still in the same family, with the original owners son now in charge.

        I have a dairy allergy and they we're so patient and understanding with me. They were careful and highly communicative, which resulted in the BEST Italian food I have had in YEARS. I got the gnocci and the italian salad (df) and my 7 year old niece got the bolognese. 11/10 will come back again.
