My initial appointments were good and sorted. The issue came to renewal of a special authority where they wanted me to pay a new consultation fee to see another person as my original Psychiatrist was on leave. My GP certainly doesn't charge extra to see someone else. Thankfully, I managed to get it sorted through the public health system for no cost.

Absolutely horrible experience, should not be in practice, doctor was extremely disrespectful and undiagnosed me for a severe ahhd and autism spectrum disorder problem that i have been now diagnosed with no thanks to the untrained doctors at fillan healthcare

I wish that I was made aware by my GP that there were other options to use to be honest, The help provided by the Psychiatrist is good but the admin is terrible. I felt like a number(patient 0001247) going through their process. had to do a zoom meeting... asked for details got told that I'd get an invite on the morning of the session.....a few months in the future. Sent my Southern cross details to add and asked if this was entered into the system didn't get any confirmation(thankfully it had) Medication that I got prescribe on a monthly basis did not get forwarded to my GP so I had to follow this up. Appreciate that it's a busy time but people are coming to see you because they need help and are most likely highly vulnerable and a little human touch wouldn't go astray In Summary help is good admin bad, not sure that I would recommend. Would encourage you to do your research
