        I've gone to this practice for over 12 years. For perhaps the last 10, me and my family had the same GP, who we adored. Unfortunately, that GP has left the practice. No one is to be blamed for that. People's careers take them places. What I found disrespectful and insensitive was that the practice sent no communication that our GP was leaving or had left, including no indication of who we should carry on with. There was no management of a transition of any kind. You'd think they'd have considered the impact on patients' (customers') and gotten in front of it.

        I have dealt with both Mr. Washer and Dr. Gilmore and have been very happy with both. They're very good at their job, caring and backed up by a solid team of nurses and reception staff who are always helpful and friendly.
