I cant thank Sarah and Helena enough for the support and knowledge that they have imparted through this journey of buying a First Home. Went from doubtful to a confident buyer and knowing what to ask. If in doubt just go and have a chat and decide for yourself if they have what you're looking for in a Mortgage advisor and for sure you wont leave disappointed. In the end you will have a confidant and a friend who will be there all along the journey even after as well.

Sarah's knowledge, guidance, and positivity was second to none on our home buying journey. Sarah and Helena's communication is lighting fast, and we always felt like we were in safe, capable hands with them. We also really appreciated their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for us, every time (e.g. pushed hard to get 1-year pre-approval for our turnkey/new build and the Blueprint to Build rate with ANZ)!

Couldn't recommend Sarah and Helena from Let's Talk highly enough. We worked with them for our first home loan and we have been so happy with the experience. If it wasn't for Sarah and Helena, we would probably still only be thinking about buying and paying rent. 100 out of 10 :-)
