        Worst Pad Thai, chicken satay ever. Harldy any chicken the chicken satay. We ordered chicken pad Thai and got vegetarian and suprise hardly any tofu. Very disappointed

        Bland Pad Thai. Not very nice needs more lemon and soy sauce the sauce did not have a classic Pad Thai taste too sweet. Expected more from Otto Woo. Taste is not right. Otto Woo used to be delicious. It was so yuck I could not eat my dinner.

        Ordered lunch online and went to pick up to find the shop wasnt open until dinner. Contacted through their form online and didnt hear back so called them later that night. Provided proof of payment and my account details to have the money back in my account. This was over four months ago. I have emailed, contacted through their online forum and messaged on Facebook with absolutely nothing back. I am now living abroad so not able to continue chasing them up via phone. Absolutely hideous customer service. I will be contacting the commerce commission.
