My little Pomeranian / Shih-Tzu had a ball of a time, she walked out with smiles on top of smiles, the customer service amazing, hospitality amazing, big big thankyou PETHOUSE!! Highly recommended and I'm from Ponsonby!!

I was recommended Pet Groom Kohi by word of mouth. I took my little Biscit for his first groom about 2 months ago and being a first time dog owner I was super nervous! What a lovely little place! The friendliest staff ever and my nerves were settled as I walked out and I knew he was in good hands. Second time round he had another groom and again the staff are absolutely lovely and take the time to talk about various things and not in a rush to get you out the door. Have booked Biscit for the doggy daycare now and am looking forward to dropping him off knowing he will be taken care of by the very best! Keep up the great work and care for our fur babies Edited 28/10/22 - Biscit had his first day of half day session at doggy daycare today. I was so confident dropping him off. When I picked him up he was happily curled up underneath the grooming table - clearly he felt safe and happy after a good play and run around at Madills. Thank you!!
