I attended a Relaxation Workshop with Sabine and found the techniques she teaches very useful and easy to integrate in daily life. They are useful tools for managing stressful situations and facilitating a better connection with your inner self.

Sabine helped through an extremely rough patch in my personal, work and study life! teaching and guiding me through being more content with myself, the people and things around me. making me realise my core values and helping me to be more mindful. taught me excellent ways to help further excel my relationships (both with my partner and my parents). Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Sabine is absolutely incredible! I have tried a couple of psychologists in the past, but I've never clicked so well with Sabine. She truly cares and made me feel so comfortable talking about my past struggles. I have never learnt so much in the sessions I've had with her, and she's given me many tips to overcome future difficulties. I have never felt so confident in myself and the courage she gave me to step out of my comfort zone to grow was amazing. I cannot thank you enough Sabine.
