        All good, until you have an emergency. I guess if youre one of those buyers who wants to buy above-average-priced property youll get all the respect and responsiveness. If youre renting, not so much. Harsh reality?

        I recommend never renting through Barfoot and Thompson - they bullied us on behalf of the owner throughout our seven years - they were unethical - they were awful. I will never rent or buy from this company.

        I moved into my apartment in April and Amar has been nothing but helpful and friendly ever since! Any questions or queries are actioned and answers asap. Ive never dealt with an agent so responsive. Thank you.
