Tile Warehouse Orakei

Saw Jim and he was brilliant, we sorted what I wanted quickly. Jim ordered them yesterday and I have just picked them up. The Orakei store is a delight to visit and the staff could be more helpful Thanks so much guys

I have just purchased tiles at The Tile Warehouse and the customer service from Dharshna was outstanding, she could not have been more helpful and found answers to all my questions and solutions to all the issues. Very customer centered and lovely to deal with thank you.

The manager at this store is AMAZING!! AJ goes out of her way for her customers, best service EVER - thank you!! i have successfully tiled my kitchen backsplash area etc and she was so helpful with what i needed without trying to over sell me things and had some good suggestions. I will def go back and buy tiles for her and the tile warehouse as they have a great selection at great prices!! I bought Zellige tiles and they look fantastic! Keep the great service AJ its hard to find these days and thanks again!! Jackie :)

Fantastic service from Dharshna & her manager. Bought some splashback tiles from them in 2017. Wanted to add a small section to what we had but were 2 tiles short, went to get some more but they were discontinued. Dharshna then phoned around the other branches looking for old display stock & found us 3 tiles. Even gave them to us at no charge. If that doesn't earn you 5 stars what does.

Excellent service, very customer focussed and wonderful back-up support. We were a tile short and the team and Tile Warehouse Kepa Road found one from the same batch. Forever grateful.
