        Best workout without working out. Don't realise how much exercise you get until all the adrenaline and excitement wears off and the two day later muscle aches kick in lol best time with my kids and missus. Smiles all round. Definitely best to go at high tide

        Changed the date and location of the event which meant we couldnt attend. Despite requesting refund we still havent received it. Slow to communicate and now not replying at all.
