So refreshing to be greeted with a super friendly receptionist, not only on the phone but in person. I visited Dr Diane today and felt immediately comfortable and listened to. Appointment was at 10.30am and was seen at 10.30am. The appointment was not rushed at all which was a welcome change. Glad I finally made the change after being in the area for over 20 years. Thank you team for your care :)
