Whats the point in having a store phone when NO ONE ever answers? Been trying to call through over the last couple days and no one picks up. No extension numbers to call store room or other departments within the store. Really frustrating!

I paid for laminating and photocopying to Andrea at Warehouse stationery, she packed my photocopies but forgot the laminating. Simple task, that this generation finds so difficult to multitask more then one job. Now, I have to drive all the way back to the store because no one picks up when calling the store. I hope for her sake my photos are still there and she isnt.

I was at the store on Friday 27rh January between 12 and 1pm for a click and collect order. The service person at the desk was very helpful. My order wasnt ready so I did some shopping. The checkout operator was jovial and treated every customer like a friend. Congratulations to store management you have some high calibre people on your team.
