Dixie Cummings John Young Furniture

Very poor Customer Service, bought a bunk bed from Harvey Norman and later they asked us to buy a part of the bed as it was broken (Our Fault) from Dixie Cummings. A new table (part of bed) was purchased and when we opened the table from wrapping, it has got lumps as per the pictures. When we contacted them and explained the issue they took more than a month to respond and denied it's their fault. Now is there a way we can prove that it wasn't our fault? Pathetic response after waiting so long, it's shame!! Would never go to them and have given the same feedback to all family and friends.

Purchased the white Tuscany dining chairs. Within 18 months the white chair seat bottom and back became crazed with cracks. When you sit on them. When you sit on them little pieces of white flakes stick all over your clothes. Id accept that this may happen with pretend leather material but they would not allow me to buy replacement parts and they would not tell me where I could purchase replacements for them. They would not tell where the factory was so I could try to get replacements from the factory. It would be good if they imported parts to repair the furniture when it deteriorates so quickly.
