Unichem Mangere East Pharmacy

This place is so ruthles, I went there to get my medicine, I could barely stand n requested the girl at counter to help me. First they said they dont have prescription on their system so I called my doctor which took me 20 mins to get through and they confirmed they have sent the presciption to this pharmacy. My doctor sent me the same on my email address so that the pharmacy could help me quickly. But the Polynesian girl at the counter refused to give me my medicine saying there is no barcode and doctors signature on it. I again requested her that I could not wait any longer due to my condition. They asked me to wait for another 15 minutes. They should consider a bit of empathy especially when u work in medicine n healthcare.

If they tell you 10minutes it will be ready be prepared to wait for 45 better off going to the other pharmacy in the complex because staff have better customer service. One of the worst in this chain of pharmacies

I visited the facility to take vaccination recently.The lady who was in reception behaved rudely. She shouted at me when I went to vaccine booth to enquire about the vaccine .But there is no sign of restricted area . she said that it was not a place to enquire about the vaccine. I havent seen any other vaccine enquiry area in that place. My friend got bad experience from pharmacy.
