Our car was broken into with attempted theft. It was left undriveable. Park n Fly promised proper security with CCTV, took no responsibility for the situation. I do not recomend using this service unless you want to come home from your vacation to chaos.

I am a 76 year old Kaumaatua or should I say Elder. I book my vehicle in on the 3rd of May at 11am and uplift the following day at 08pm. On arrival was told to park my car and it was near the Office area in rear which I thought was awesome.I arrived back at 07pm the following evening to uplift keys and vehicle. It was raining i was told vehicle in Row F I thought it was where i left it. I searched in the dark and rain and was very frustrated could not find my vehicle - had to ask twice and finaly found my vehicle which was moved way in the rear nearly 10 rows back - could not find the sign desplaying row F. I still had my suit on from returning from a important RNZRSA Meeting Wellington. I was soaking wet by the time i got into the car. I was afraid that I might get a Flu. Must say very poor customer service, never again shall I park and Fly from here.

Had to wait for 40mins to be picked up. Called for pickup after we arrived. We were told to wait 5-10mins as we were still getting the luggage. Went there straight away and it was only us waiting for Park and Fly shuttle. I literally saw peoples faces going into other shuttle. There was no sign by the pickup point so the family who came THIRD from the queue had the nerve to jump in the shuttle before us. I hope you guys can accommodate who comes first waiting for pickup. I dont know. Maybe names? Or a queue sign by the airport? It was the last thing you wouldnt want when coming back from a holiday. And to that family who jumped in, WHAT A GREAT EXAMPLE FOR YOUR KIDS EH? i hope Park and Fly would sort this out. Not worth the increase of price if service is like this.
