Appalling service. Had to put one star but if I could put zero I would. Had a monthly subscription set up for wipes and have been trying to cancel it for 3 months as we simply had too many wipes so wanted to pause for a few months to get through them. Despite multiple contact, and multiple assurances it had been cancelled, our credit card continues to get charged and wipes continue to get delivered. Given it is a direct debit we have now had to go through the inconvenience of cancelling the credit card to stop the payments being deducted. Highly suggest you work on your processes and customer service Terra as continuing to deduct payments when a customer has asked to cancel is simply wrong.
