An awesome easy customer service suggestion please put the numbers up on the tv screen that are there like the Manukau, Mt Wellington & Henderson labtest. As some clients are deaf & most need to keep a safe distance as covid immune clients who need to wait outside, come in & out to hear the next number called out by the nurse. The number on the tv screen means I and we can all wait outside safely distanced for covid & view the screen from the window outside. This is useful all the time & especially at peak times when the small office is full.
Tips
Go in the early mornings 7am to 11am. I visited at a peak time 1.30 pm on Mon 04.07.22 with 20 clients, 4 nurses on with a 30 minute wait.
Top service
Great service by the nurse slim island young lady was lovely, cheerful, gentle & happy gave me a form to sign to get my results. Nurses please keep up the welcoming great chilled out kind personalities.
