We have all our company and personal vehicles serviced here. The past few visits have been a nightmare at the Airport branch. The most recent being our Ford ranger taking nearly a whole week to diagnose an issue (Radio unit replacement). Which the vehicle was booked in Thursday morning at 8am to be told the Friday evening the issue still hadnt been found. Being a work vehicle, we never planned to have this out of action for more than the day. This wasnt communicated to us, that this would take days to diagnose. So was a huge inconvenience. I was constantly requesting an update and trying to follow up. Communication wasnt the greatest. Was told different information over the phone, tried confirming over email to be told different to what was told over the phone. Was told the part could take a couple weeks once ordered, then later was told 6-8 weeks. Will try a different branch from now on.

Friendly & quick service and helped me by providing a courtesy car even though I hadnt pre booked it. It made my day! Definitely worth the trip out to the Airport. Thank you!
