Merino Collection

There are two locations - one inside and one outside security. I bought a sweater at the outside location and the salesperson didnt see fit to inform me that there was a location just inside security where the item was much cheaper. The person inside said they should have told me but they couldnt take the return to offer me the lower price.

I met a lot of New Zealanders. Both homegrown and transplanted. First one Ive met that was extremely rude. Kept asking me to go next door and shop there cause the socks/slippers are cheaper. Im sorry. Can I just buy my slippers and pay the price on the tag without your commentary? Im not sure if she didnt think I could afford it or if she was trying to be nice or trying to close the store? Either way maybe just let people buy the products instead of asking them to go next door?

This is the store inside the terminals. Many of the clothes do not have a price tag on, so it's up to them to decide a price on the spot, even the cashier had a conflict with the person who gave me the price. Wasn't a great experience.
