        Just a question does this store manager train their staff on what customer service actually is? If I could rate a 0 I would, I feel irritated that I am even giving 1 star. I know the staff are quite unhappy being on minimum wage here but it doesnt warrant you to make customers feel uncomfortable when finding it difficult to use other payment options because they havent used it before, HELP THE CUSTOMER!. Go to Postie Onehunga theyre way more friendlier and deserve the sale.

She's Professional, competent, efficient & always goes the extra mile to assist me with all my purchases. Tash is an asset to this branch & Postie Plus is very blessed to have such a diligent staff.
