        Post on Facebook marketplace trying to charge people extra if they want an invoice. Tried talking to them and was just told I dont understand. Unfortunately there is a huge language barrier and they were incredibly rude.

        Terrible customer service. They do not answer emails. Can't get through on the phone. Have been trying to follow to up on an import order for over a week now. Impossible to deal with. Look for another logistics company.
