        Bought a Boston Kreme donut. Honestly it was pathetic. There was barely any of the custard filling and it was just a stodgy ball of yuck with chocolate icing. I did not eat it. To Dunkin Donuts - Stop ripping the public off and make them properly.

        Horrible customer service. Man working there was too busy on his phone to notice me right in front of him. When I asked for a milkshake he asked a lady to make it and she went "ugghh at this time of day?"

        Terrible service. Wouldn't serve anyone until 9am despite saying they're open at 6am. Yelling they're closed from behind their partition. Unfriendly and negative staff to blame I think.

        Lady working there looked so fed up, didnt even greet or acknowledge us. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but the least you can do in customer service is give a smile and thank you. Got neither, should consider working somewhere else other than the airport, as its the place where visitors from around the world come to first in NZ. And for them to get this disgusting service is a disgrace to NZ.
