You guys make a great Beef Jerky. Please don't call it Biltong. The meat is both spiced and cut incorrectly. Biltong is cut in thicker strips before being dried and then sliced across ( if preferred) into pieces. Not cut into thin strips, dried and then cut into short pieces.

Thanks to jack links for my prize of 200 meat sticks. Cannot wait to be fully glutinous over the summer and eat and eat and eat.

Hate to say this, but its not Biltong, tastes like plain beef jerky, I've tasted Biltong, it was made by my south african workmate.. sorry, but it's a nice beef jerky.

I just bought me a pack of sweet and hot beef jerky 25g for $4.30 the jerky itself was ok but the reason for 1 star is because I got 4 piddly little pieces of jerky... The absorber bag was bigger than most the pieces .. it cost over$1 for a tiny piece of jerky...
