        2 hour line through customs on arrival at Auckland Airport. I appreciate the importance of biosecurity Perhaps Customs and Auckland Airport need to do better to show they appreciate the importance too. Their comments when asked about the inefficiency of the passenger movement and the way the lanes are incorrectly filtered when approaching customs ? "That's just the way it is." Travellers be aware. Choose another NZ arrival airport.
