Burger and green

I have placed so many phone orders here for a single combo. I am given a time to pick the meal up by, I arrive and it's not ready then it takes an additional 15 minutes+ to be ready. This is also with an empty store, only 1 customer present. If you don't make the order when it is called upon, don't accept it as it is a complete waste of time and only created when paid for.
