Trade Tested

Love the kneeler, so easy to put up or down. As a 75 year old it is a great asset in the garden to aid getting up and wonderful to be able to hold small garden tools in the pockets. I can also have my phone handy in one of the pockets. A great product.

Started as a fairly good company to deal with unfortunately my past three orders have been fraught with issues that Trade Tested are just not interested I. Solving and play the blame game with the couriers and take no responsibility or at least take responsibility . My last order was invoiced with a delivery fee although a CS agent called me to say my item was ready for collection and was not a delivery she became quite aggressive and belligerent telling me even though I explained that I had been charged for a delivery be wary when ordering

WS recommended a foldaway picnic table from a camping page from this supplier and was very pleased I listened to the recommendation! Good sized table ( most camping picnic tables have a smaller table) very sturdy, and a good price. Fast delivery, well packaged and awesome customer service. This product will likely be used for many more family memories in the future.
