Hotel was very budget so dont expect much. Beds were fairly clean but the floor were dirty with crumbs everywhere. Kitchen was disgusting not one dish was clean they all had been used and just put back where they were found and wasnt offered any milk, fridge didnt close properly unless forced and we got no toilet paper and only two towels in the bathroom. Hand prints from the previous people were left on the walls and benches. Dead birds were left on the tables outside and the side walks to the rooms. Shower had dead bugs and hair on the floor and walls and the sliding door didnt close properly unless pushed with force. Wouldnt recommend to anyone as I was disappointed with the rooms.

So I booked 1 night for the 26th Jan 2023 as I was flying out early on the 27th to Australia - unfortunately the person entering it into the system put it in as the 23rd Jan and I didn't pick up on that until I tried to check in yesterday - we all make mistakes - lady incorrectly made the booking for the wrong day and I didn't look at the paperwork properly - I came across a very unreasonable manager who admitted a mistake was made however tried to blame me 100% for not checking the paperwork - I had already paid $170 for a room that I didn't use because of the date mix up and so I asked if they had any rooms last night (26th) to which he said yes but it would cost me $170 - when I tried to explain I'd paid $170 already he said too bad as that booking was for the 23rd - even though I didn't use the room on the 23rd and no one from the hotel called or emailed me when I didn't turn up on the 23rd to ask why I wasn't checking in - but they happily took my money - as I said it was a mistake on both parties but I would have thought if they had rooms available last night I could have used one given I'd already given them $170 for basically nothing - the so called senior manager would not budge at all - I wouldn't stay there if you paid me too - no customer service and very rude -
