        I have applied for a new card but I have not got any reply back for emails even though I have tried to call the office number but nobody answered it been a month now I don't know what sort of customers service they are providing.

        I have changed the company online on Tuesday this week.I have been advised that Once I change my company then TAMS will send me the confirmation email. But till today I have not received anything back . I have send so many emails to tams and taxi but not a single reply yet. I am unable to start my new company and cant drive at airport. TAMS can you tell me whats the other way to contact you. I am hopeless.!

        Office phone number is never answered during stated opening hours. Replies to their txt messages never answered. Office is closed and unattended during stated opening hours and person to person service only available by appointment. How does one make an appointment.???? Emails not responded to. Very very frustrating.
