        We were very disappointed with TNL. While in the UK last year we requested a ship booking for November several times and were told we were too early. We have since found that spaces were able to be booked but TNL failed to book space. Their negligence has cost us many hundreds of pounds in extra storage costs. We have now found space through another agent for our motorhome which is on its way back to NZ only to be informed 2 days ago by TNL that we wouldnt get space until May. Do not use this crowd. You will be very disappointed if you do.

        So far I can recommend TNL for being up front and considerate to my business needs. I deal with India and regularly need assistance with freight hassles. I have found Delon to be prompt and knowledgeable. Adding extra ideas into the mix when needed. I appreciate his honesty and sound experience. Look forward to using their services for a long time into the future.
