        Limited choices. No bottled water. I've been fortunate to visit many lounges around the world and this has to be towards the bottom of the list.

        Very let down by our experience. Staff serving themselves food from the buffet, wet paint and workers blocking off two bathrooms, bins in the bathroom full of sanitary towels obviously not changed for awhile (and toilet paper rolls empty), hair and water all over the bathroom floor. No chocolate powder for the hot chocolate machine and a paper sign taped to the side! Very very lack lustre and disappointing experience. We paid a lot of money to upgrade our tickets to business class and this is not the kind of service we would expect for the money paid.
