I'll always be eternally grateful to Niagara for what it's done for my Nana. Naturally I was skeptical about the company because lets face it you need to be in this world. But thanks to the company she's walking more comfortably and breathing easier. Which is quite a big deal when your 80 years old!

I have to say that I think it is disgusting to prey on elderly people who some are convinced to try anything to make their life better - but really they are just getting old. I am very concerned that this was sold to my mum at 86 years old in 2015 - she is now 90 years old and she wanted me to pull this contraption out of her wardrobe which was sold to her for $3,800.00 - what an expensive piece of equipment for what it was supposed to do - most elderly people to not have that amount of money for something like this and just get sucked in by the whole sales talk - Now I have been asked to sell it for her as it clutters her wardrobe up at her retirement village unit - she says she was totally silly to be talked into this - I would have thought that this company would know better than to sucker in elderly people - not conscience at all!!

After months of persistence from both your call centre and your sales representative to come to my home to give me a demonstration of Niagara products we scheduled an appointment for 3.30pm on 6 January. No one showed up and at 5.30pm the rep phoned to say he had just left his 1.30pm appt and apologized. We then rescheduled for Monday 18 January at 3.30pm - once again a "no show". He telephoned at 6pm to say he was about 200kms away. Excuse ME????? I would have expected a phone call long before this to say he wasn't going to arrive, but no, I waste two precious afternoons waiting around. Does your company think we have nothing better to do than wait around wasting time. Don't think I will be rescheduling after this behaviour. I give you a negative star rating for customer service and attitude.
