I have been using Sailax Shipping for couple of years. This was the first time I had asked for a pick up from home. I was very happy with the prompt response, clear communication throughout the process, pick up and cost all done and an Invoice emailed. The best part is that it gets delivered directly to my sisters residence in Suva. Not once have I encountered boxes missing or damaged. Thank you Shinoy and team. Shinoy and the team at Sailax were excellent! My first time sending goods from NZ to Fiji so i was a bit worried about the whole process but they made it as easy as could be and the rates are very affordable too. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
