Dont deserve a one star . The entire staff need to re qualify themselves. Book an appointment its always later than the time you are given. They never try to actually diagnose the problem you have its always do you want a day off work. Shocking this place needs to get shutdown!

Been a member for years, but since COVID this place needs to stop with the border security & the new receptionists have very bad attitudes causing my elderly grandparents immense stress. We would change but the doctors & nurses are fine, just not the front of house. I understand it is a busy field but try taking new cases as they come & not taking daily stresses out on the next. Hope this feedback is taken seriously and they receive extra training on customer service because by reading the other reviews it is highly needed.

Useless lot they dont even bother answering the phone tried all day to get through Im sick today but next available appointment is next week smh
