Seems like I am not the only one to experience such horrible customer service! I picked up a couple of items advertised on the huge digital screens (wish there was an option to upload images so I could share) but was told the items were not in the system. Even when I told them they could be fined for false advertising, was pretty much told to p!ss off! Not sure why the airport admin have not taken any action given the terrible reviews.

Horrific experience at Relay Auckland airport store (pre-departure). When questioning why the item scanned at a higher price to the shelf price I was told to take it or leave it. I then opted to take the item only to have change thrown at my daughter accompanied by a seriously bad attitude. If this is how departing passengers are treated I wont be calling on this store when next I return home with my family. Sunday 17.07.22 at around midday

Finally found the magazines I was looking for and they had them in stock, they are finally improving, very Amazing store because they sell lots of interesting things like Aeroplane models and lots of magazines to buy as well.
