Ausmove New Zealand Limited

Aman (manager) was very thorough, thoughtful and honest with the consultation. Ray and Sam L who came to help with moving on the day were fantastic. I chose Ausmove because of good reviews, they certainly exceeded my expectation. Professional, fast and efficient. One of the residents in the same building told me that he would use Ausmove if Ausmove also offers domestic services. I would highly recommend Ausmove to any of my families and friends.

We were quoted and paid $5,836.42 to get some belongings moved from Tauranga to QLD. Storage was paid separatley each month by us at $130.00 p.m, on top of original amount. 9.69 cubic metres total.The largest item being a bed and a chest of drawers the rest was boxed personal effect, not a house full of furniture. Our plans changed and we decided to stay in Auckland. We now required goods to be sent to Auckland from Tauranga. They told us we owed more money on top of the $5836.42 to get our belongings from Tauranga to Auckland!!!! go figure. Each time we queried the amount a different explanation was given. First of all additional storage costs, which was wrong per contract, then they justified it by saying it was GST, then Insurance. No back up documentation to verify how they have come up with ths figure. The packers in Tauranga were excellent the rest of it office precedures, costs, etc were disgraceful. Would definately not recommend. 3 weeks later and still no reponse................

DO NOT waste your time, energy and money on this company. Customer service slow and unprofessional. The packers packed our things so poorly, it is unbelievable. So many things smashed to pieces, torn or crushed. Very disappointing and upsetting. Terrible experience, such a waste of money and time - wish I had never chosen them. Beware of good reviews on their website!!!
