        Appalling service at Menzies auckland. Extremely rude behaviour over the phone and mis informed. Wasted hours at the Christchurch airport while the luggage still sits in Dubai at the departure. Aman supposedly the manager apparently needs some schooling. I had come here to paint a picture of their service but I guess others have reflected it already. Not wasting more time on it.

        This is possibly one of the worst run companies I've ever encountered, and I've helped several through bankruptcy! The duty managers official number had a full voicemail, when someone does eventually answer it (after trying repeatedly) the person on the other end of the line is disinterested in helping. Thumbs down without reservations.
