We couldn't even stay. At thr time of booking we were told that as soon as the guest is out of the Airport to give them a ring and they will organize airport transfers that would take a boat 20 minutes max. When my elderly vulnerable parents arrived I called and was told that it cannot be done in the time frame as have to organize pick up time with drivers which would be well over an hour when asked why was I told otherwise the person after being completely unprofessional cancelled my booking without my consent for my 80 year old dad and mom.

It was a disappointment booking this place. No wifi in the room we booked; when I raised it with the staff, they said they couldn't fix it or do anything and told me to talk to their manager, who wasn't there. The bathroom basin was blocked, no toilet roll holder and the place smelled terrible. I requested a baby cot in my booking, and it wasn't there in the room; when I asked about it, I was given a dirty one. Even one star is too much for this place. Not recommended.
