        Last week I phoned up Diamond photo to find out if they could put a rush on my order as my parents are leaving for SA the following Monday. Not realising that they had Auckland day... Also Auckland was under severe pressure for deliveries due to all the flooding. They went above and beyond and my parents are now back in SA with their precious memories captured in a stunningly printed photo book.... Thanks Diamond photo. Your quality work speaks for itself

        Diamond Photo has become our go-to supplier for prints. This has little to do with the product (much the same as any competitor,) but the superior service they offer. On a few occasions, our canvasses arrived damaged due to heavy-handed couriers, however in bringing this to Diamond Photo's attention, Ken & team were quick to resolve. I can think of a few businesses who could learn a thing or two about how to deal with issues without having to provide proof or send the item/s back, fuss about store credits or any of that; they just want to make it right. EDIT 29/3/23: Yet another order arrived courier-damaged, but again, upon learning this, Diamond Photo have made it a non-issue by their level of service and duty of care to their customers. Awesome service.
