        I went to collect my food, and the customer service at DESK was disrespectful, telling me to stay on the other side and continue serving other customers. It's pretty horrible about customer service because they didn't even look at my order number. It's time for the pizza hut's owner to look into this issue of their staff. Inside the shop was a sloppy, filthy mess. No management and staff are extremely nasty and have no idea how to interact with customers and delivery personnel.

        Very unprofessional and rude. One female staff throwing cooked pizza into the boxes, yelling and swearing near the front counter and demanding another staff member at the counter to Hurry up and come over here!. That same staff member called out in an aggressive tone to customers waiting for their order, very unwelcoming face and manner. Service with a smile ? Non-existent! My family and I will never visit the Mangere Central branch again. Manukau is the best by far!
