    Just another one on the pile, unfortunately there's evidently not much visibility on these reviews being an online-only business. The $70 "premium seamless" photobook had ugly white seams in the middle of each page spread. I sought a refund, was told I could not return it to the store I picked up from, only send via FreePost. Lo and behold, 3 weeks later the return package has been lost, and so is my $70. NZ Post says the retailer should not be using an untracked uninsured service to send goods - I agree. Shameful, careless business.

    First time I've ever given a review but these guys are so trash I had to. I should have read the reviews before ordering from them. Don't want to get into too much details but just know that their reputation for bad/no communication is no lie. I swear I called them 100 times but still they want to keep sucking their thumbs. I called Warehouse Stationary and even they couldn't get a hold of them. They really need to find new partners because I'm definitely not going back to them for anything.

    I've never left a bad review for any company but Fotofinish have forced me to make an exception. This company has to be the very worst I have ever dealt with regarding communication. They do not answer ANY phone calls - it doesn't matter if you ring 5 or 10 times in one day - it doesn't matter if you ring seconds after they 'open for business' I am convinced they do not have any customer service representatives and in fact they have bots that respond to emails with incredibly generic responses that completely ignore your messages. I placed an order online - that was fine, went well. Their email stated that their standard prints are ready same day if ordered before 2pm. Great! I needed them before 3pm so that wasn't a problem. Around 1pm I go to the Warehouse Stationary in town and am promptly told that their photo printer is broken and there is no way they can have my order ready that day. I explained that it was urgent hence why I needed them same day. I understand there was nothing they could do so I asked if I could cancel the order. They said that should be fine, the order hadn't been printed yet so there was no issue but I would have to do it through Fotofinish as I had paid online not in store. I thought that sounded easy enough. Little did I know that Fotofinish have so little respect for their customers that they reply to your emails ignoring your message and just reply with a generic response and shift responsibility to the store. They have a phone number - great! I ring them several times but they don't answer. I leave multiple voicemails - they don't reply. This company is terrible. They disrespect their customers, make no attempt to rectify situations and have no systems in place to inform you if they are unable to deliver the service they state they will in the time that they state it will be delivered. If I could give a negative number of stars then I would. Terrible company. I simply cannot stress that enough.

    I wish I would have checked their ratings before using them... Avoid avoid avoid.... Just like other comments, no customer service what so ever. I didn't get my order and after months still waiting for a refund. I never have given one star for anyone, I wish I could do negative ratings. Warehouse Stationary should avoid doing business with them..... Stay away! That's all I can advise. You can't call them, noone replies for your emails. It's a desaster.
