They sell damaged & seems not new products to customers. Bought a computer desk where it looks like it is not new and damaged. Asked for refund and they keep saying they already sent the new one without listening to customer's requirement. I keep ask for refund, company said they already sent the new one and cannot give back refund. To refund, I have to bring the faulty one AND new one to them to check for inspection. They continuously refusing to reply back to email and customer support never gets their phone. DO NOT BUY any products from this company. They sell faulty ones and never do communication with customers

My partner and I just brought a ride on car for our son. Not only has it just been delivered after waiting ages, it also came with the wrong parts. Trying to get ahold of you guys is terrible! Will not be going through these guys again and definitely do not recommend to anyone!

If I could give zero I would. They mucked around sending items online, so we gave bad feedback on trademe, they sent the item and gave us bad feedback so they asked us to remove it and they would remove ours but they refuse to remove.
