I just wanted to shout out to the beautiful staff member at the lounge reception who, without us even asking, cobbled together a set of 4 chairs for our family. The lounge is currently bursting (its Friday afternoon) but she took it upon herself to help us out. Such initiative and kindness. What an asset to the Qantas team she is.

The lounge could do with more power and recharge outlets. Seems to cater mostly for leisure travel, not business.
